PHASE 1 WEEK 11

Building rapport with the students and staff has been a key focus of mine. I spent time getting to know my students by engaging in informal conversations during breaks and actively participating in their group activities. I felt a strong connection developing, which made teaching feel more fulfilling.

PHASE 1 WEEK 10

I'm proud to share that I successfully led a group discussion that encouraged critical thinking. The students were actively participating, and I received positive feedback from my mentor teacher, which boosted my confidence.

PHASE 1 WEEK 9

This week, I faced some challenges, particularly with keeping students engaged during longer lessons. There were moments when I noticed their attention drifting, and participation levels dropped. I realized I need to incorporate more hands-on activities and discussions to maintain their interest throughout the lesson.

PHASE 1 WEEK 8

I learned a lot about effective teaching techniques that make learning more inclusive and engaging. One concept that truly stood out to me was differentiated instruction—the idea that students have different learning needs, and lessons should be adapted accordingly. Observing how my mentor teacher used varied teaching methods, such as visual aids, group activities, and personalized assignments, made me realize how powerful this approach is. It completely changed my perspective on lesson planning. Instead of a one-size-fits-all method, I now see teaching as a flexible and dynamic process where strategies should be tailored to help every student succeed.

PHASE 1 WEEK 7

This week in my internship, I had the opportunity to observe a classroom. I particularly enjoyed events such as a school assembly, parent-teacher conference, etc.

PHASE 1 WEEK 6 (01/11/2024 - 06/11/2024)

This week is paper giving week. All teachers were in a hurry burry to give Answer sheets. Also I got some extra duties in preparation of sicne magazine for the competition. Also a health inspecter came to give an awareness on Rabies. Monday was a hectic day. That day conducted PTA meeting. It gives some cherishing moments. So many students come with their2 parents to meet me. It was my first experience. Other days were on teaching and magazine duty. All week are like the same. The practices are going very active. I thaught my protion clearly. I become more well in managing students. The students become more close to me. They also loved my teaching. I feel sad to leave the school. 4/11/2024 to 6/11/2024 Thes weeks i realizeed that theris only afew weeks remaing here. Today I got a lot of gift an letters from my students. That letters makeme a little emotional. i thanked all my science teachers and All staff and i will Cherish it for ever.
