PHASE 2 WEEK 11

Building rapport with the students and staff has been a key focus of mine. I spent time getting to know my students by holding one-on-one chats during breaks, engaging in classroom discussions, and collaborating with them on group projects. I felt a strong connection developing, which made teaching feel more fulfilling and created a positive learning environment.
